Summary:
To maximize sales of beauty products and services sold by Shoppers Drug Mart.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales Expectations:
Maximize sales and awareness of promotional programs; possess a ‘selling is fun’ attitude; promote sales of beauty products; encourage customers to participate in the PC Optimum program.
Customer Service:
Promote a positive environment for customers and coworkers; always put the customer first and provide superior customer service; actively model desired behavior with eClienteling; promote products through marketing and encourage use of the PC Optimum program; promote and book appointments for in-store events.
Operations:
Exhibit and promote the company’s products and services; attend vendor schools; participate in workshops/education sessions; adhere to Cosmetics Operating Standards.
General:
Comply with all health and safety regulations, store policies, and loss prevention policies; act professionally at all times; perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Planning, judgment, and decision-making skills; independent thinking; selling skills in cosmetics.
Experience:
Proven consultative and selling skills; knowledge of beauty products and services; ability to conduct makeup and skincare consultations; strong communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; climb ladders; bend and stretch to stock shelves.
