Job Description
Perform professional facials and other beauty services for customers.
Create a safe space for your clients to disclose their face concerns, taking note of their individual needs, routines, and goals.
Ensure each client receives an extraordinary treatment for their individual needs and goals.
Provide a friendly, compassionate environment, deep product/protocol knowledge, and honest advice.
Educate clients on both the protocol being administered as well as their own unique skincare concerns and questions by modeling our
innovative
philosophy.
Handle administrative duties, manage appointments, maintain client records, inventory, and operating supplies.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
Requirements Willing to learn, truly passionate about skincare & beauty and making clients happy and beautiful inside and out, self-motivated, and able to work in an international,
fast-paced environment
.
Must be highly professional and very detail-oriented. The person(s) we are seeking must have an interest in the health and
wellness
field.
Partial experience at a beauty salon/spa with a
proven track record
of excellence in aesthetics.
Build rapport with customers.
Provide customers with professional massage service.
Follow up on customers after experience.
Great
communication skills
