About the Role
We are hiring a Beauty Therapist for our Milton Keynes clinic, offering advanced training in skin, body, and laser treatments, along with exciting career growth opportunities. Whether you are newly qualified or experienced, you will join a supportive team where you can build client relationships, enjoy a fantastic experience and perform amazing treatments.
Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality treatments for our clients in line with our clinic treatment guidelines.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and set realistic expectations for their treatments.
- Actively promote additional services and products to clients, enhancing their overall experience by tailoring treatments to best suit them.
- Ensure all client records are up to date pre‑ and post‑treatment.
- Maintain and clean all machines.
Qualifications & Skills
- Level3 Beauty qualification or above.
- Experience with Laser Hair Removal (desired but not required).
- Ability to work with sales targets.
- Team‑player who works collaboratively.
- Positive and friendly attitude towards clients.
- Attention to detail when dealing with client records.
- Excellent standards with regards to client experience.
