Job Responsibilities:
Training & Development
Develop and conduct beauty training programs for staff, retailers, and clients, covering skincare knowledge, facial treatments, and product usage.
Ensure all beauty therapists and sales staff are well-trained in
product knowledge
, treatment techniques, and
customer service excellence
.
Design training manuals, guides, and digital materials to enhance learning.
Product Knowledge
& Demonstration Train team members on the key benefits, ingredients, and application methods of our skincare products.
Provide live demonstrations and workshops for both staff and VIP clients.
Keep up to date with the latest beauty trends, skincare innovations, and market developments.
Operational Excellence Conduct assessments and certifications for staff to maintain high service standards.
Ensure all beauty treatments are performed in accordance with company and industry best practices.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making necessary improvements.
Sales & Marketing Support Assist in product launches, promotional campaigns, and beauty events.
Provide expert consultation to customers when required, boosting customer confidence in products and services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create educational beauty content for social media and promotional materials.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Beauty Trainer, Skincare Specialist, or related role in the beauty industry.
Certifications:
Relevant qualifications in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or Cosmetology preferred.
Skills:
Strong
communication
and presentation skills.
Hands-on experience
in skincare treatments and beauty devices.
Ability to train and motivate staff at all levels.
Sales-driven mindset with excellent customer service skills.
