You will be responsible for training and developing our team of aestheticians and staff, ensuring they are proficient in delivering aesthetic treatments and services that are

trainer who not only excels in performing aesthetic procedures but also possesses the ability to effectively communicate and educate team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Training and Development
:
Conduct
hands-on
training sessions for aestheticians and staff in various aesthetic treatments and procedures. Ensure team members are proficient in the latest techniques, industry best practices, and
product knowledge
. Customize training programs to cater to individual skill levels and needs.
Skill Enhancement
:
Regularly evaluate the skills and performance of aestheticians and staff, providing constructive
feedback and coaching
to help them improve their techniques and customer service skills. Develop targeted training plans to address identified areas for enhancement.
Communication
and
Education:
Clearly communicate and demonstrate aesthetic procedures, techniques, and protocols to the team. Foster a culture of
continuous learning
and
professional growth
. Keep the team updated on new products, technologies, and industry trends.
Quality Assurance
:
Ensure all aesthetic treatments and services meet our company’s quality and safety standards. Conduct periodic quality audits and offer recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to maintain high
service excellence
standards.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of training sessions, progress assessments, and individual performance. Prepare
comprehensive training
materials and resources to support ongoing
learning and development
.
Work Hours:
Monday – Friday: 10 AM – 7:30 PMFull-time, permanent position with
flexibility
required based on operational needs.
