Job Responsibilities
Develop, design instructional courses and curriculum as required
Conduct training on various courses including beauty treatment techniques; both theoretical and practical
Conduct beauty
product knowledge training
and treatment protocols
Develop in-house
skills assessment
checklist; evaluating the clients, beauticians/therapists as required
Collaborate with marketing and related teams to organize and conduct promotional and marketing activities such as beauty workshops, seminars, and product launches
Provide the company with the latest beauty industry information; e.g., competitors’ activities and beauty care trends, treatments, products, etc.
Work closely with the management team on training needs.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of beauty training and facilitation skills & experience
Must possess a professional certification in Beauty & Spa; preferably CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or ITEC and WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)
Proficient in English and Chinese to communicate effectively with clients
Able to work independently and as a good team player with a
positive attitude
and pleasant disposition
Proactive and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Able to take on training assignments including weekends and evenings
