About the role
A leading provider of beauty services in the Central Region. In this full-time Beauty Trainer role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional training to our beauty professionals, ensuring they are equipped with the latest techniques and industry knowledge to provide our clients with a world-class experience.
What you’ll be doing
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on a range of beauty treatments and services
Mentor and coach beauty therapists to help them enhance their skills and knowledge
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, products and industry best practices
Provide feedback and assessments to support the professional development of the beauty team
Ensure all training materials and resources are accurate, engaging and aligned with company standards
Collaborate with the management team to identify training needs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
What we’re looking for
Minimum 4 years’ experience as a beauty therapist or trainer in the hair and beauty industry
Proven track record of delivering high-quality, engaging training programs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and mentor others
Excellent product knowledge and understanding of the latest industry trends and techniques
Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning and development
Flexibility to work across various locations within the Central Region
