About the role
- Lead the development and delivery of a trends strategy across innovation, packaging design, and sustainability.
- Support design leads by turning macro beauty trends into clear, actionable direction for haircare and skincare brands.
- Identify relevant beauty trends to shape Academy learning programs.
- Deliver learning through live sessions, digital platforms, and on‑demand content.
- Manage the Beauty Academy and trends budgets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, ensuring accountability and performance.
