We are looking for passionate new team members for our new boutique stores in Turkey. (Dolce Gabbana, Balenciaga, Balmain, Tods, Celine, Bottega Veneta, Christian Louboutin, Brunello Cuccinelli, Alexander Mcqueen, Valentino, Ami Paris, Marc Jacobs, Premiata, Rimowa, Sneakers, Polo Ralp Lauren, Loewe)
The position will be located at Beymen Boutique Store Manager
Qualifications;
- University graduate,
- Minimum 7 years of store management experience in the luxury fashion retail industry,
- Minimum good command of English, Arabic or Russian is mandatory.
- Good command of MS Office programs,
- Knowledge of store procedures and operational processes,
- Strong management skills, able to motivate the team,
- Strong problem solving skills and solution oriented,
- Taking care of personal image,
- Demonstrating a customer-oriented approach and prioritizing customer satisfaction,
Job Description;
- Developing strategies to realize store targets, implementing and managing efforts to increase sales.
- Training, developing and guiding team members, providing “My Career Journey Begins at Beymen” training and coaching to newly recruited employees,
- Controlling the in-store layout and visuals, ensuring that the aisles and showcases are organized and complete,
- Supervising all operational processes such as sales, inventory management, returns and customer requests and ensuring that they are fulfilled in a timely and complete manner,
