Job Overview
We are seeking a highly trained and passionate Hair Colorist Assistant to join our salon team, assisting our head colorist. At Panca Salon, we pride ourselves on providing top-notch hair services in a welcoming and vibrant environment.
Duties
Assist head colorist with various tasks, including mixing color based on prior formulas, washing and drying hair.
Prepare and maintain the salon equipment and workstations.
Help with client consultations and ensure a positive experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon.
Perform administrative duties as needed, such as scheduling appointments and managing inventory and the color room.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a salon setting, specifically in mixing color.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to think ahead– you will be the head colorist’s right hand.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Availability on Tuesday – Saturday, with flexibility around head colorist’s schedule.
Cosmetology license.
