We are seeking talented,self-motivated, honest,Stylist to join our cooperative ,eco friendly team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and fashion, along with a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.An interest in wellness is a plus !
Duties:
– Arrive at least 15 minutes early
– Dress for success !
– Provide consultations to understand client needs and preferences
– Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques
– Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
– Upsell products and services to clients
– Manage appointments efficiently using scheduling software.
– Handle front desk duties when needed
– Light cleaning to keep your environment tidy
Skills:
– Provide a thorough and relaxing shampoo experience
– Blow dry and style your customers hair with their desired look.
-An interest in braids,up-work and makeup application a plus
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client consultations
– Ability to upsell products and services effectively
– Knowledge of cosmetology practices and techniques
– Familiarity with store management tasks
