Responsibilities:
What You’ll Be Doing
Greet everyone in salon with integrity, courtesy, and a friendly smile
Display confidence and professionalism at all times
Interact cooperatively with other spa team members to provide a seamless customer experience
Present an exemplary professional standard in dress, personal grooming, hairstyle, makeup, language and healthy lifestyle
Anticipate the needs of the guests and provide them with utmost assistance
Ability to have flexibility and effectively multitask
High level of organizational skills
When not servicing clients, tend to additional job responsibilities
Maintain high energy in order to work effectively in a fast paced environment
Complete each service within the time frame designated for our level
Continuously promote yourself, the spa, and the salon to ensure that you’re growing productively
Maintain opening and closing duties
Practice the highest standard of sanitation and tidiness
Maintain acceptable level of cleanliness of workstation, surrounding area, and equipment as required by law
Follow health code procedures, including equipment sanitization/ sterilization
Maintain towels, supplies, and environment
Participate in all coaching, salon/ company meetings, and training sessions
Know pricing, services, and policies of the Salon and have the ability to sell and upgrade
Follow Greenleaf Hospitality Group procedures
All other duties that the Spa General Manager has set forth
Qualifications:
What You Need for this Position
Able to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours or more
Be licensed in treatments that are required to perform on clientele
Able to stoop and bend
Able to lift up to 40 pounds from time to time
Able to safely work with potentially dangerous chemicals and equipment
Able to comply with safety and health code standards
Able to handle responsibilities that require repetitive motion tasks
High level of organizational skills
Ability to have flexibility and effectively multitask
