Boho Fashion & Jewelry Sales Associate | Venice Beach
Location: Venice Beach, CA (In-Store)
Schedule: Part-Time | Thursday–Sunday | 11:00 AM–6:00 PM
Pay: $18/hr + performance-based bonus (average $22–25/hr)
Start Date: Immediate
About the Role
This is not traditional retail.
We desire someone who is confident, creative, grounded, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people. Someone who values integrity, personal growth, and showing up with intention in both their work and their life.
This role is ideal for someone who is self-led and takes genuine pride in caring for the space they are in. You are comfortable working independently, naturally connect with customers, and understand how to create an experience that feels warm, welcoming and genuine.
You will support customers, drive sales, care for the store and help create an environment where people feel comfortable, inspired and seen.

The Meraki Mint is an independent boutique located steps from the Venice Beach Boardwalk. We offer handcrafted jewelry, statement clothing, and intentionally curated lifestyle goods.
Our space is rooted in connection, creativity, self-expression, and intentional living, with an elevated, effortless boho aesthetic.
Customers come here to shop, but they also come for the experience. We want every person who walks through our doors to feel welcomed, free to explore, and feel a little more connected to themselves when they leave.
Requirements
- Must be 21+
- Must be consistently available Thursday–Sunday
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
- Confident connecting with customers and contributing to sales
- Open to occasional additional weekday coverage when needed
- Able to work in person in Venice Beach
- Willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
