Job Description:
We are seeking a warm and dynamic, highly organized leader with excellent people skills to oversee our salon’s daily operations. The ideal candidate exudes confidence with drive, an appetite to grow and is able to multi-task in a high-energy, fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and optimize day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
– Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance
– Develop and implement marketing strategies for business development and growth
– Train and mentor employees
– Create and maintain staff scheduling
– Day to day operation responsibilities include: marketing event planning, manage inventory, purchasing, social media content, retail sales, staff meetings, staff leadership and organization, new hire onboarding, client check-in/out, appointment bookings and confirmations.
Qualifications:
– Work experience in a customer service-based environment
– Previous administrative and management experience
– Intermediate computer and social media skills
– Must possess self-motivation, integrity and attention to detail
– Team player and an independent thinker
