Something New Salon LLC is an Independent Booth Rental Salon in Bemidji. As a renter, you will have the opportunity to run your own business. This role is ideal for a motivated, experienced stylist with a strong client base who thrives on creative freedom, flexibility and entrepreneurial drive. Rent is $725 per month. First month rent free with one year lease. Wi-fi, laundry, and back bar included in rent.
Looking for two professional, licensed independent stylists wanting to work in a calm, relaxing atmosphere. You’ll manage your own schedule, services and pricing, while benefiting from a professional workspace.
Requirements
● Valid cosmetology license in Minnesota.
● Experience working in a salon environment.
● Organized and punctual, with the ability to communicate well.
● Established client base is strongly preferred.
● Ability to work independently and self-manage scheduling, payments and client
interactions.
Responsibilities
● Client Services: Provide high quality hair services.
● Scheduling and Appointments: Handling all scheduling independently. Utilize
your preferred booking system or calendar method. Assistance in setting up
Square will be available.
● Inventory and Supplies: Managing your own inventory and tools. Making sure
they are stocked and in good working condition.
● Product Sales: Promote and sell hair care products to clients, if desired, for an
additional 10% of sales subtracted from monthly rent.
● Sanitation and Compliance: Keeping your station and tools clean and sanitized
according to all health and safety guidelines. Compliance with local regulations and
licensing requirements.
