What you’ll do: Provide a full range of hair services, including haircuts, coloring, styling, and other treatments, tailored to each client’s unique needs and preferences.
Conduct thorough consultations to understand client goals, assess hair type and condition, and offer expert advice on styles, colors, and at-home care.
Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing education and training.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace, adhering to all sanitation and safety protocols.
Build and maintain a strong client base through exceptional customer service and personalized attention.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with fellow stylists and team members to foster a positive and supportive salon environment.
Contribute to the overall success of the salon by achieving individual performance goals and participating in team initiatives.
Express your creativity and artistic talent, bringing clients’ hair visions to life and exceeding their expectations.
Proactively recommend and sell professional hair care products to clients, enhancing their at-home maintenance and maximizing their style.

2-3 years of experience providing professional hair services.
