Job Summary

As a Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair and beauty services while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for clients. Your expertise in various styling techniques, including hair extensions and eyelash extensions, will be essential in helping clients achieve their desired looks.
Responsibilities
Provide a range of hair styling services, including cuts, color treatments, and styling.
Apply hair extensions and eyelash extensions with precision and care.
Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development.
Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and preferences.
Manage retail sales of beauty products, providing recommendations based on client requirements.
Perform makeup application services as needed for special events or occasions.
Utilize straight razor techniques when appropriate to achieve desired styles.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth salon operations.
Skills
Proficiency in hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and texturizing.
Experience with eyelash extensions application is highly desirable.
Strong sanitation practices to ensure health and safety standards are met.
Ability to mentor and guide less experienced stylists effectively.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Knowledge of retail sales strategies within the beauty industry.
Familiarity with makeup application techniques for various looks.
Experience in store management is a plus but not required.

Pay: $21.24 – $24.22 per hour
