Responsibilities
Provide high-quality haircuts, shaves, and styling services to clients using various techniques and tools.
Sanitate all tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations to ensure a clean environment.
Utilize straight razor techniques for precision cuts when requested by clients.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring satisfaction with each service.
Upsell products and services that enhance the client experience and meet their grooming needs.
Maintain accurate records of client services using salon software for scheduling and tracking purposes.
Mentor junior stylists and barbers, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth within the team.
Stay updated on current trends in hair styling and barbering techniques through continuous education.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Proficiency in hair styling and barbering techniques, including experience with straight razors.
Knowledge of retail math to assist in upselling products effectively.
Familiarity with salon software for managing appointments and client records.
Ability to mentor others, providing guidance and support in skill development.
Attention to detail in all aspects of work, from sanitation practices to final styling results.
