Your Responsibilities:
As an independent stylist at Color House, you’ll take the reins of your own business. Key responsibilities include:
Hold a valid cosmetology license and provide personal liability insurance.
Manage your own client bookings, appointments, and communications.
Deliver top-notch service that keeps your clients coming back.
Market your services to grow your business.
Handle your own payments, invoicing, and taxes.
Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked.
Follow sanitation protocols and sterilize tools regularly.
