As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair services to our clients while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment. Your creativity and expertise will help clients achieve their desired looks, enhancing their confidence and satisfaction.
Duties

Apply knowledge of color theory to create custom color blends that suit client preferences.
Provide consultation services as requested by clients.
Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hairstyles, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations.
Offer specialized services such as hair extensions when applicable.
Utilize straight razor techniques for precision cuts as needed.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Proficiency in retail math for effective sales tracking and inventory management.
Knowledge of makeup application techniques to provide comprehensive beauty services.
Experience with upselling strategies to promote additional services and products effectively.
Familiarity with basic cuts .
Expertise in hair extension installation methods is beneficial.
Ability to use straight razors safely and effectively for advanced haircutting techniques.
Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide personalized service.

Pay: $18.00 – $27.00 per year
