Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Knitwear Design Intern to join our dynamic Design Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creation of our Knitwear RTW collections and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative environment.
How You Will Contribute
Design Research
Conduct in-depth research on knitwear and Ready-to-Wear trends, materials and techniques to inspire the design process.
Moodboard Creation
Assist the team in developing creative and inspirational moodboards for seasonal collections.
Material & Detail Work
Collaborate with the design team to source materials and contribute to the refinement of details, finishes and textures.
Sketching
Produce technical sketches and hands-free sketches for design concepts, ensuring clarity and precision.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with the Product Development & Atelier Teams to ensure all feedback from fittings and production is effectively communicated to suppliers.
Fitting Support
Assist during fittings by preparing garments and taking notes.
Fashion Show/Lookbook Support
Contribute to the preparation of Fashion Shows and lookbooks.
Who You Are
BA/MA degree in Fashion Design.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Excellent use and knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign).
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and keep to strict deadlines.
