Area Supervisor
At Sunny Days, our Area Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and supporting the success of our five Orange County stores. This hands-on leadership position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys coaching and developing teams, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
The Area Supervisor works closely with store managers and ownership to maintain operational excellence, drive sales, and ensure consistency across all locations. This position requires travel between our five Orange County stores, along with regular time spent in our Laguna office supporting administrative and operational functions.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and operational support to all five Orange County store locations
- Travel regularly between stores to coach teams, support managers, and ensure consistent execution of company standards
- Work from our Laguna office to assist with scheduling, hiring, reporting, and other operational responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new team members
- Train, coach, and motivate store managers and sales associates
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve company goals
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand consistency across all locations
- Oversee inventory, transfers, markdowns, and operational procedures
- Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally
- Ensure each store is clean, organized, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience
- Partner with ownership on new initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail management experience (multi-store leadership preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Passion for customer service and team development
- Knowledge of fashion trends and merchandising
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between all five Orange County locations

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour
