Fleet Plummer: Home and Style is excited to announce a brand-new position on our creative leadership team! We are looking for a highly creative, fashion-forward individual to help shape the visual and retail experience of our women’s boutique, men’s boutique, gifts, and our famous Christmas departments.
If you are looking for a place to put your artistic talents and design desires to work within a growing, family-owned business with a 77-year legacy, this position might be for you. You will be a core member of our buying team, helping curate beautiful items, bringing them to life on the floor, and connecting directly with our customers.
What You Will Do
- Market Buying & Sourcing: Travel to and attend industry markets alongside our buying team to help select the best fashion, accessories, decor, and gifts.
- Creative Merchandising: Help the visual store direction by unboxing new arrivals, styling merchandise, and building engaging, beautiful floor displays.
- Retail Sales & Styling: Work hands-on on the retail floor, assisting customers and helping them find their absolute perfect fit.
- Team Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with our amazing existing staff to support the continued growth and expansion of our boutique departments.

More Details
- This position requires regularly working on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays.
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
