As a Boutique Manager, he/she is responsible of the development and optimization of the boutique performance and profitability by managing the boutique team, ensuring excellence in boutique operations and client service.

About the role:

To achieve the store Business Goals.

Monitor the boutique KPIs.

Optimizes boutique performance and profitability.

Responsible for managerial and operational aspects of the store.

Responsible for and oversees the setting up operational procedures, staff training, customer service & staff general welfare.

To develop and maintain efficient inventory management and integrity.

Leads the implementation and monitoring of the ROI for client relationship programs and actions.

To be an ambassador for the represented brand and portray at all times a professional and customer-oriented image.

To be a role model to all staff in work performance, customer service and other relevant scope of duties.

You are the perfect one if you are/have:

Possesses management and leadership skills.

Strategic thinking with business acumen.

At least 5 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury/jewellery line.
