Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Boutique Manager based in Dubai. The Boutique Manager will oversee the daily operations of the boutique, manage the sales team, ensure product knowledge, provide excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of store presentation. The role also includes inventory management, achieving sales targets, and implementing marketing strategies in alignment with the company’s goals.

Job Responsibilities:

Drive sales and achieve targets by developing strategies to increase revenue.

Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance.

Implement promotional campaigns to boost sales.

Communicated the work plan, guided the business work of team members, and made efforts to improve sales and customer service performance.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable information about jewelry.

Hire, train, and supervise store staff.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement.

Foster a positive work environment to motivate employees

Oversee inventory control to minimize shrinkage and ensure optimal stock levels.

Conduct regular inventory audits and manage reorder processes.

Ensure the store is visually appealing and that merchandise is displayed effectively.

Coordinate with suppliers for new stock and promotional materials.

Maintain records of sales and inventory.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience in retail Industry with jewelry.

Management experience in Jewelry and Luxury goods.

Diploma or equivalent; a degree in business management or a related field is preferred.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of jewelry products and trends.

Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Have communication and coordination abilities, leadership and management ability.

Have rigorous work spirit and high work efficiency.

Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.

High level of training skills and shift the knowledge to improve the staff level.
