Quest Search and Selection is hiring a Boutique Manager in Jeddah for our esteemed client, a leading luxury retailer.

The Boutique Manager will be fully responsible for the management and performance of the store and is a key contributor in seeking new business opportunities. They are expected to act as an entrepreneur, taking proactive and strategic actions. They are accountable for meeting sales objectives, building long-lasting and loyal client relationships, and assembling and leading a top-notch boutique team.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations & Sales

Drive boutique sales performance to meet and exceed targets.

Monitor KPIs including conversion, ATV, and UPT to optimize performance.

Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

Implement effective visual merchandising and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

Team Leadership

Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team.

Conduct regular team briefings, performance reviews, and one-on-one coaching.

Create a positive working environment focused on collaboration, development, and accountability.

Customer Experience

Ensure a premium and consistent customer experience in-store.

Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.

Build long-term relationships with loyal clients and develop local clientele.

Inventory & Administration

Oversee stock levels and inventory management processes, including receiving, transfers, and stocktakes.

Ensure the boutique is compliant with operational procedures, security, and health & safety standards.

Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to the Area Manager and HQ.

Requirements

5 years of retail management experience, preferably in fashion, accessories, or watch/jewelry brands.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Sales-driven with a customer-centric mindset.

Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus).

Proficient in retail software systems (POS, stock management, reporting tools).

Passion for brand products and brand philosophy.
