In response to our business growth, we are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as the Qeelin Singapore Changi Airport Boutique Manager. Reporting directly to the North and Southeast Asia General Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Sales and Operations of International Travel Retail team and other departments.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
Facilitate communication between Qeelin and official operators to ensure seamless store management.
Manage and train the sales team, providing regular training and mentoring in alignment with company principles.
Lead the store opening and oversee daily operations to consistently achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic action plans in response to the retail climate and sales objectives.
Prepare regular reports and maintain effective communication with the NSEA General Manager and office-level teams.
Deliver exceptional luxury clienteling services, focusing on expanding the VIP customer database and managing follow-ups and customer issues.
Ensure optimal inventory levels and a balanced product mix to meet customer demand.
Enforce brand values through the implementation of established practices and guidelines.
Collaborate with corporate teams to design and execute promotions, product launches, and marketing initiatives, leveraging partnerships with airlines, hotels, and other travel industry stakeholders.
Professionally manage customer inquiries, complaints, and returns, addressing the unique challenges of the travel retail environment.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness.
WHO YOU ARE
Experience in leading and managing store openings
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in luxury retail with at least 3 years in managerial role in the Travel Retail industry. Candidate with jewelry and watches experience would be an advantage
Strong analytical skills and excellent business acumen, actively react to retail environment with effective action plans
Proactive and result-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and high integrity
Excellent leadership, problem-solving and people management skills
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
Proficient in computer applications, i.e. Microsoft Office, POS systems & etc.
