Mission & Responsibilities
The Boutique Manager is responsible for the achievement of the Boutique sales targets, the respect of the brand image and the level of service delivered to customers, ensuring day-to-day management of the Boutique and stimulating the team performance.
As part of the Acqua di Parma Italy Team, the key responsibilities are:
Achievement of the Boutique Sales Target on a monthly/annual basis and of corporate objectives
Setting and follow up of individual and collective objectives on a monthly/weekly basis
Development of Acqua di Parma team members through regular coaching and appraisals
Management of the team to meet and exceed expectations around client development and individual sales goals
Coordination and development of the activities of the team, managing the planning and having the responsibility of the evaluation of the team’s performance
Acting as an Ambassador of Acqua di Parma brand image on all its aspects: merchandising, grooming and posture
Organization and coordination of events, cooperating with the corporate Office
Management of the highest level of service delivered to customers and development of customer loyalty
Management of the traffic in the Boutique maximizing sales in coordination with Visual Merchandising and Training Team
Management of all administrative tasks (shift planning, stock management and ordering, sales analysis & reporting…)
Management of inventory and aftersales to minimize stock loss and maximize customer service
Requirements
A strong retail background in the luxury industry is required
Fragrance experience is a plus
Team leader with a result -oriented mindset
Strong communication and organization skills
Client focus
Fluent English, additional languages are a plus
