Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Boutique Manager/Director located in the Greater Sydney Area. The role will involve overseeing day-to-day operations of the boutique, managing, coaching and inspirting the team, ensuring exceptional customer experience delivery, and utilizing industry and product knowledge to drive sales and brand awareness.
Qualifications
Product Knowledge and Boutique management skills
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Experience in Team Management and people coaching
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Knowledge of luxury retail industry is a plus
Business development/networking skills to actively hunt for buisness outside the boutique
Minimum 7 years of boutique management experience, watches and jewellery industry preferred.
