We are currently hiring for a FULL-TIME position:
Tuesday – Thursday: 11 AM – 5 PM
Friday – Saturday: 10 AM – 4 PM

About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a hands-on, highly independent Boutique Manager & Stylist to run our Petaluma location. This isn’t your typical management role — most days, you’ll be the heart and soul of the store, working solo to style customers, handle inventory, maintain store visuals, and make sure every detail is on point. You’ll also support our Santa Rosa store as needed and play a big part in growing our in-store experience and online presence.
What You’ll Be Doing
Solo Store Operations: Open and close the store, maintain daily operations, and keep everything running smoothly
Customer Styling: Assist clients in finding outfits for a wide variety of events — from everyday wear to special occasions
Inventory & Merchandising: Receive, price, and stock new clothing and jewelry arrivals; keep displays looking fresh and on-brand
Banking & Admin: Handle all daily banking and light administrative tasks
Team Scheduling: Maintain and manage the team’s weekly schedule, ensuring consistent coverage
Cross-Store Support: Be available to pick up occasional shifts in our Santa Rosa location
Online Orders: Fulfill, pack, and ship web orders with care and efficiency
Event Planning: Help plan, prep, and host in-store events and seasonal promotions
What We’re Looking For
Self-starter who thrives working independently and takes pride in ownership
Must be comfortable and confident leading a team, providing direction, support, and motivation to ensure smooth daily operations.
Previous retail experience, ideally in fashion or boutique settings
Must embody the Ooh La Luxe aesthetic and stay current with fashion trends to provide on-brand styling and customer experiences.
Strong styling skills with a love for helping people feel confident
High attention to detail and visual presentation
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with basic tech tools (POS systems, Shopify or similar, Google Drive, etc.)
Flexible availability, including weekends and potential shift coverage in Santa Rosa
