Role Description
We are looking for a highly capable and experienced Boutique Manager to lead the full launch and ongoing operation of our first London store. This is a pivotal role that combines pre-opening project management with full operational leadership. You will be the face of Lola Rose in the UK and play a key role in shaping our brand presence in London.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of retail management experience in fashion, jewellery, or luxury/lifestyle brands.
- Previous experience in store opening / pre-opening projects is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to recruit and develop a team.
- Excellent sales and clienteling skills with a genuine passion for luxury service.
- Good understanding of visual merchandising and store operations.
- Fluent in English (Mandarin is a big plus).
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship needed at this stage).
