We are partnering with an established luxury brand to appoint a Boutique Manager to lead its Singapore boutique operations.
This is a leadership role for a commercially driven and client-focused retail professional with a strong passion for luxury, people management, and client experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily boutique operations and overall store performance
- Drive sales performance and cultivate a strong clienteling culture
- Build, develop, and motivate a high-performing retail team
- Deliver exceptional customer experience aligned with luxury service standards
- Maintain strong CRM practices and develop long-term client relationships
- Ensure operational excellence, visual merchandising, and brand presentation standards
Requirements
- Prior experience in luxury retail management
- Strong background in clienteling and CRM
- Passionate about luxury, craftsmanship, and finer things in life
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial awareness
- Proven people leadership and team management experience
- Backgrounds from fashion, watches, or jewellery preferred
