Are you passionate about luxury retail and eager to gain hands-on experience in boutique projects within a global luxury brand?

We are looking for a Boutique Project Trainee (Intern) to support the coordination and delivery of retail projects across the AMOUAGE boutique network, contributing to store openings, visual merchandising initiatives,

and operational excellence.

Your Mission

Working closely with the Global Head of In-Store and the Global Boutiques Project Manager, you will support the

planning and execution of boutique projects, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, assist with visual

merchandising and project administration, and help ensure the successful delivery of retail initiatives across

AMOUAGE's global boutique network.

Your Impact

Retail Project Support

• Assist in coordinating retail projects, store openings, renovations, and in-store activations.

• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Prepare project updates, reports, presentations, and maintain project documentation.

• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, agencies, and distributors to support project execution.

In-Store & Visual Merchandising Support

• Assist with the implementation of visual merchandising initiatives and store guidelines.

• Coordinate artwork requests and visual merchandising materials for retail stores.

• Support the management of store props, display materials, and project checklists.

• Help maintain planograms and ensure stores receive updated merchandising guidelines.

Financial & Administrative Support

• Assist with purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and budget tracking.

• Maintain accurate project and financial records.

• Support monthly cash flow and payment tracking updates.

• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure documentation is complete and up to date.

Your Expertise

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Strong organizational and administrative skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Interest in luxury retail, visual merchandising, and project management.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Retail Management, or a related field.

• Previous internship or experience in luxury, beauty, fashion, retail, or project coordination is an advantage.

• Excellent English communication skills; French and/or Arabic is a plus.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for market visits and store support activities.
