Full Job Description
We’re seeking a full-timeExperienced Stylist to join our Encinitas location. At Wild Dove, stylists are more than sales associates. They’re trusted style advisors and relationship builders who curate personalized, confidence-boosting experiences for every client.
Wild Dove Boutique is known for effortless, feminine fashion that meets the needs of today’s modern woman. We specialize in versatile, polished pieces that take her from day to evening with ease — always wearable, never basic.
What you’ll do:
Greet every customer with warmth and create a welcoming, elevated shopping experience.
Drive sales through client engagement, styling suggestions, and deep product knowledge — using our signature ‘DOVE’ selling method.
Build and nurture strong client relationships through follow-up outreach, VIP invites, and personalized service.
Receive and process new merchandise: tagging, steaming, and merchandising to brand standards.
Maintain exceptional product knowledge — staying current on seasonal trends and key pieces.
Support store upkeep: maintain a clean, inspiring, and shoppable environment.
Who you are:
You have retail sales experience (fashion/apparel preferred).
You are sales-driven with a talent for upselling and closing confidently.
You’re fashion-forward and understand how to style real women in wearable, trend-conscious looks.
You thrive on building relationships and creating lasting client connections.
You’re proactive, energetic, and see challenges as opportunities.
You’re adaptable, resourceful, and thrive in a fast-paced boutique environment.
You’re a confident communicator — in person, over the phone, and digitally.
You’re available for evening and weekend shifts.
You can lift/move up to 40 lbs and help maintain physical aspects of the store.

In addition to your hourly wage, you’ll have the opportunity to earn a monthly sales bonus, making this a rewarding role for a driven and performance-focused candidate.
