Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product questions, sizing, styling, and more
- Assist with daily boutique operations and customer service
- Support visual merchandising and inventory organization
- Assist with styling sessions and photoshoots
- Create and support social media content (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Assist with marketing campaigns and in-store promotions
- Maintain store presentation and cleanliness
- Provide administrative and operational support
Qualifications
- Interest in fashion, styling, retail, or marketing
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Social media savvy with a creative eye
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a related program preferred
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in boutique or specialty stores.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic retail math for accurate transactions.
- Ability to perform merchandising tasks such as stocking and visual displays effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive interactions both in-store and over the phone.
- Experience with upselling techniques to enhance sales performance while maintaining genuine customer relationships.
