Boutique Store Manager – Paddington

My client is a highly respected Australian designer fashion label, with stylish and creative collections that not only portrays style and beauty but lead the culture of fashion. A rare opportunity has opened for an experienced Boutique Store Manager that is motivated to drive sales and KPI’s by supporting and leading their team though training, coaching and motivation to achieve results. If you have a passion for fashion and leading a team to success than this is the role for you.

The role

• Providing high standards of customer service
• Deliver exceptional leadership abilities to motivate, coach and train your team
• Undertake operational activities including rostering, stock management, VM and recruitment
• Achieving and exceed personal and team KPI targets
• Achieving store sales and wages targets.
• Identify, communicate and resolve loss prevention issues
• Drive policy and procedure within the team.

About you

• Previous fashion retail management experience
• Proven ability to meet and exceed KPI’s
• Strong motivational leadership skills and communication skills
• Proven ability in training and development, rostering/wages, stock loss management and Visual Merchandising
• An understanding of all in-store retail operations
• A fun and outgoing personality
• Ability to portray a polished look and etiquette
