We are hiring for our boutique in Hudson, Massachusetts! The perfect candidate would be an outgoing, friendly person who would love to help customers find the perfect dress and provide exceptional customer service to our shoppers.
Essential Job Tasks:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and communicate clearly and effectively with fellow team members.
- Provide exceptional customer service while assisting multiple customers at once in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Assist customers with trying on dresses, including helping with zippers, lace-up backs, and locating alternative sizes or styles.
- Product knowledge, ability to help customers with sizing, color and availability
- Replenish the sales floor by tagging, organizing, and restocking merchandise as needed.
- Maintain fitting rooms by clearing items and returning dresses to the sales floor in proper condition.
- Maintain store standards by keeping the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing to support an exceptional shopping experience.
- Report any damaged or defective merchandise to store management so it can be repaired or addressed.
- Follow the company dress code and maintain a polished, professional appearance.
- Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures.
- Support additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by store management.

Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or an equivalent degree.
- Prior retail experience in an apparel or fashion is preferred.
- Prior experience with computerized POS system.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, and stay active for extended periods of time.
- The employee must occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
- The employee must be able to see up close and at a distance, as well as use peripheral vision and depth perception, and be able to look at, read, and use a computer and electronic devices.
