ZoeK is looking for a Brand Assistant to join the team. ZoeK is a fashion brand based in Athens, specializing in premium, timeless outerwear and clothing. We are currently looking for a passionate, full-time Brand Assistant to join our team at our showroom in Kifisia. We’re seeking a dynamic, organized, adaptable, and creative individual who will support both showroom operations and marketing activities.
✨ Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the day-to-day organization of the showroom
- Support the execution of the marketing calendar
- Assist with social media content (planning, posting, capture from showroom and brand activities, copywriting)
- Handle administrative tasks (filing invoices & general office support)
- Assist with Excel reports and data organization
💫 Requirements:
- Passion for the fashion industry and retail
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Excel & Power Point
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok etc.)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
