OverviewPair Eyewear is seeking a Brand Content Creator to build our existing social presence, bring new ideas to the table, and create compelling stories that resonate with our audience.. This role will report to our Creative Strategist, Paid & Organic Social. You will have the opportunity to make a big impact on one of our fastest growing revenue-driving channels in an incredibly collaborative and high-growth environment. Your partners will be marketing and merchandising/design.

What You’ll Do:As a valued member of our team, you will:

Produce video content supporting our weekly collection launches, general product education, and everything in between for social channels such as TikTok, Facebook, Youtube, and Instagram. This includes ideation, execution, and post-production.

Develop and execute static content for in-feed posting on our main social pages as well as our customer Facebook group.

Pitch content ideas to the Creative Strategist and assist the Social Media Coordinator in building out the weekly social content calendar.

Handle audio recording and mixing for voice overs on longform video shoots.

Stay up to date on social trends, pop culture, and industry standards to keep content fresh.

Collaborate with the Influencer team to brainstorm ideas for briefs and align on organic social strategy.

Work closely with the photographer and creative team to ensure the brand’s creative remains consistent across all campaigns and micro content.

Who You Are:

You have 1-3 years experience creating social content for brands, ideally a D2C brand.

You have excellent on-camera skills.

You are not afraid to experiment, learn, and try new things.

You’re quick-witted, creative, and can form out-of-the-box concepts.

You marry creative thinking with a data-driven approach to inform your starting strategy in tackling any given project, to set yourself up for success.

You care about fostering good relationships with your colleagues.
