We are seeking a skilled Offline Brand Design Specialist to join our Brands’ marketing team. As a designer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in shaping the visual identity of our luxury brand and ensuring consistency across all marketing and communication channels. This position requires a strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver innovative and compelling design solutions.

From advertising campaigns to event and packaging design, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of creative projects that shape the brand’s internal and external image, creating impactful designs that effectively communicate our brand values and enhance our market presence. The ideal candidate is a highly creative and innovative individual with a deep understanding of luxury design and consumer trends in the industry.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Develop and execute brand design strategies in alignment with the company’s vision and goals;

Prepare materials and visual assets technical specifications lists, guidelines and digital assets and for offline ADV campaigns and events;

Develop and create print ads, billboards, flyers and brochures together with design agencies, coordinating their contributions;

Work on ADV photo and video paginations and layouts, declining formats for any specific/required purpose;

Supervision the set during photo and video shooting;

Conduct research, present creative proposals and ideate moodboards for special/seasonal projects;

Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to inform design decisions and stay ahead of competitors;

Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Must have

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in brand design, preferably in the fashion & luxury industry or in design agencies;

Proficient in Adobe Creative including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere; proficiency in Figma or Sketch is considered a plus;

Proficient in different presentation online tools/softwares;

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design;

Knowledge of print production processes and materials;

Excellent communication and collaboration skills;

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
