Objective

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Event and Visual Merchandiser to join our team in our Seoul office located in Seung Su. You will drive the success of our branding events and operate the showroom as a community hub.

Key Responsibilities

Event Management

Develop event strategies that align with marketing objectives.

Plan, coordinate, and execute partnership brand event and brand events.

Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless event execution.

Track and analyze event performance, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.

Visual Merchandising

Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance showroom and experiential marketing efforts.

Design and execute compelling in-store displays and branded retail experiences.

Partner with product team to ensure brand consistency and optimal product placement for brand partners.

Conduct regular showroom product retention to assess merchandising effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.

Collaboration and Operation

Partner with marketing teams to develop cohesive event plan.

Manage relationships with brand partners, external vendors, production agencies.

Ensure all events and merchandising efforts comply with company standards and industry regulations.

Organize the brand event schedule and meeting with brand partners as an ambassador of the showroom

Coordinate with the marketing team to organize KOL events and visit schedules, and provide support to KOLs during their visit.

Perform routine showroom product evaluations to gauge merchandising success and suggest enhancements.

Collaborate with the product team to manage inventory, uphold brand visual standards, and optimize product placement for brand partners.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event, or a related field.

5-6 years of experience in event marketing, visual merchandising, or retail brand management.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Experience in retail, beauty, or lifestyle brands is preferred.

Excellent command of written and verbal communication in English & Korean.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proactive, self-motivated, and creative team player with strong business acumen.

Knowledge of market trends and consumer insights, with the ability to use data to inform brand strategy.

Candidates must either already be living in Korea, or are citizens/permanent residents of Korea.
