Job Description :
To help assist the Director to handle fashion division in managing sales team.
Help on Building the idea on new collection of product in the team
Help on production timeline and Budget Buying as approved on sales Target
Help on monitoring the arrival of the production together with the team.
To monitor and ensure the sales team to do all daily operation task without any problem.
Manage team on communicating with external parties such as E-Commerce Marketplace, 3rd party agencies, KOL/influencers and etc.
Liaise with digital marketing team on how to optimize the marketing budget and improve visibility in the marketplace and digital space in order to achieve sales target.
Coordinate with the merchandizer to ensure stock/promotion can be run smoothly continuously.
Work Experience Requirements :
Have experience as Merchandiser job at reputable fashion or Department store for at least 2-3 years.
Have knowledge/experience in managing fashion clothing brand for at least 2 years.
Strong Social Media knowledge on how to build a woman fashion brand.
Knowing how to operate/manage account/store in marketplace (like shopee/tokopedia/zalora) is a plus.
Academic Requirements :
Min Bachelor degree from reputable University.
Speaks fluent bahasa Indonesia and English, Mandarin is a big plus.
