About the Position
Nalli is growing rapidly in both online and offline expansion and we are looking for a talented creative and entrepreneurial marketing professional with strong experience in brand management, creating and executing marketing strategies and coordinating large-scale marketing campaigns with sales objectives. We are looking for a creative and entrepreneurial Brand Manager with strong all-around experience in marketing as we refresh an iconic 95-year old brand for the new, dynamic marketing age

The Ideal Candidate
● Strong consumer focus, results-oriented, and bias for action
● Sound business acumen and intuition about fashion brands and ecommerce
● Hands-on understanding of ATL, BTL and Digital channels
● “Gets” organic marketing, social media and what it takes to build a fashion brand online
● Good at Leadership Interactions; will interact directly with MD, Store GMs, cross-functional collaborators ● Must have handled photoshoots
● Has contacts in industry with agencies, production houses, fashion photographers, media buying houses etc
Roles/Responsibilities – Brand Strategy
● Own the annual marketing budget; Build a marketing plan and calendar to execute against sales goals; Optimize use of budgets and resources across marketing communication mix
● Set up marketing input and output goals; Design, track and analyze metrics for all marketing activity; Do post campaign analysis, ROI and reporting.
● Create & follow Brand Manual, Values, Design guidelines and ensure all creative collateral adheres to same
● Develop the category's editorial direction, style guidelines, merchandising calendar, collateral / photoshoot calendar, promotions, packaging
● Manage brand delivery and consistency in visuals and tone across all communication mix
Brand Management
● Create innovative and scalable marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, including content marketing, social engagement and offline event exposures.
● Work with external partners (creative agencies, production houses, fashion photographers, models, stylists, merchandizers, etc.) where needed to build impactful marketing
● Brief the externals, project manage campaigns, compare & negotiate vendor costs; take full ownership for driving outcomes with internal or externals; Ensure deliverables are executed on time and budget.
● Oversee execution of ATL and BTL activities for brand, both online and offline
● Oversee the creative production of any artwork / collateral before publication in any form
● Manage blocking issues, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and meet committed delivery timelines.
● Identify and engage with the right stakeholders, both internal and external, to facilitate the smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
● Conduct negotiations and secure deals that drive value for the brand while optimizing costs and resources
● Identify and recruit top talent to join the marketing team, ensuring alignment with the brand's values and objectives.
● Project manage marketing team activities, including campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis, to ensure timely and successful delivery of tasks.
Building an organic brand presence
● Develop a clear social media strategy appropriate for the brand and suitable to each medium
● Identify, liaise and manage influencers via social media channels to help brand increase brand awareness and credibility. Nurture relationships with fashion editors, guerilla PR strategies to drive the brand’s organic coverage
● Build a strong brand experience for the customer through customer-centric initiatives (eg: loyalty program, omnichannel activations, gamification, offline events etc) that improve brand quotient and sales goals
