Shapewow is a fast-growing shapewear brand looking for a strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented E-Commerce Brand Manager to lead our online growth. We are at a pivotal stage and need someone who understands and has experience orall aspects of scaling a DTC brand from digital marketing to product positioning, website optimization, and customer acquisition. Experience in the shapewear, fashion, or apparel industry is a major plus.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for our e-commerce business.
* Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, paid ads, email marketing, SEO, and influencer collaborations.
*Optimize our Shopify store, improving conversion rates and user experience.
*Manage inventory, pricing strategies, and product launches.
*Analyze sales data and performance metrics to drive revenue growth.
*Work closely with content creators, agencies, and suppliers to ensure a strong brand presence.
*Develop customer retention strategies through loyalty programs, CRM, and email flows.
Requirements:
*3-5+ years of experience in e-commerce growth, brand management, or DTC marketing.
*Proven track record of scaling an online fashion, shapewear, or apparel brand.
*Strong understanding of Shopify, Facebook/Instagram/TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics.
*Ability to think creatively and analytically to drive revenue and brand awareness.
*Experience working with influencers, affiliates, and content creators.
* Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
