Join Us in Elevating Timeless Intimates for Modern Women
Sheer is the leading luxury lingerie retailer in Hong Kong, celebrated for 15+ years of expert fit, quality craftsmanship, and empowering women with confidence and comfort. Our private label brands extend this heritage into distinct collections that deliver style, sustainability, and everyday luxury.
As Brand Manager, you will be the growth driver and guardian of our core Sheer brand and private label brands by leading branding, marketing, CRM and in-store activations to strengthen brand identities, customer relationships, and drive long-term loyalty and sales. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will work closely with her, the Founder, and cross-functional teams to elevate brand presence and deliver integrated strategies that resonate deeply with our audience in a dynamic, women-led, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Identity & Storytelling — Define, protect and evolve existing Sheer brand and new private label brands’ DNA. Develop cohesive visual guidelines, tone of voice, storytelling, and content strategies that build deep emotional connections and reinforce brand values.
- Marketing Strategy & Campaigns — Drive powerful multi-channel marketing strategies, launches, integrated campaigns and events that drive awareness, acquisition, engagement, and sales.
- CRM Leadership — Own the end-to-end CRM strategy and execution. Develop customer segmentation, personalized journeys, loyalty programs, retention campaigns, and communications across email, chat apps (e.g., WhatsApp/WeChat), SMS, and other channels. Analyze customer data to optimize lifetime value, re-engagement, and repeat purchase rates.
- Content & Brand Experience — Drive high-quality brand content creation (social, website, packaging, collaterals) by managing a design team. Ensure consistent, personalized customer experiences across all touchpoints — online, in-store, and beyond.
- Market Intelligence & Optimization — Monitor competitors, global trends, and customer insights. Track and analyze performance metrics (ROI, engagement, acquisition, retention, and in-store conversion) to refine positioning, messaging, pricing, and strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration — Partner closely with product development, merchandising, retail operations, digital/e-commerce, and support teams to align branding, marketing, CRM, and VM efforts with overall business goals. Provide data-driven insights and creative direction to the General Manager and Founder.
- Budget & Performance Management — Manage marketing, CRM, and VM budgets effectively, track KPIs, and deliver regular performance reports to the General Manager.
