BRAND MARKETING MANAGER (PREMIUM FASHION ACCESSORIES BRAND)

Our client a premium high end fashion accessories online and retail brand experiencing very strong growth and are now looking to recruit a passionate, creative and highly motivated Brand Marketing Manager to work closely with the directors and take this brand to the next level. The successful candidate will have proven experience working for a successful online/retail fashion brand in Europe /UK and looking for their next exciting role with an amazing premium brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with company objectives, leveraging market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.

Cultivate strategic partnerships within the fashion retail industry to expand market presence and broaden brand reach.

Oversee the end-to-end development of new collections and products, collaborating with design and production teams to ensure alignment with brand identity and market demand.

Strategize and implement marketing campaigns across diverse channels, maintaining brand consistency and maximizing reach through online platforms, social media, offline advertising, and events.

Monitor sales performance and devise revenue optimization strategies, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making and capitalize on opportunities.

Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams of marketing, creative, and sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Conduct ongoing market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities, integrating findings into strategic planning to drive growth.

Manage budget allocation effectively to achieve strategic objectives, regularly tracking brand performance, sales metrics, and marketing effectiveness.

Set and negotiate wholesale strategies, objectives, and rollout plans across the MENA region, analyzing retail performance against financial targets and market trends.

Enhance assortment diversity to strengthen brand identity and optimize revenue across regional accounts, expanding the brand’s business portfolio to include key e-commerce clients and special projects.

Manage seasonal ordering campaigns and global showroom operations, researching emerging trends and brands for potential partnership opportunities.

Align regional partners on commercial action plans, retail pricing, and in-season replenishments, while directly managing a team across retail services.

Collaborate with suppliers and contractors on new store projects and renovations, negotiating retail locations and contracts with malls, travel retail, and real estate stakeholders across the region.
