Role Summary:

The key function of this role is to support the Free People Brand Marketing team on the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns across the UK and Europe. The role will cover project management across both global and localized brand initiatives, as well as supporting partnership opportunities and the influencer and VIP gifting strategies.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Support the Associate Marketing Director on seasonal campaigns, including creative pitches, planning, execution and reporting.

Manage the quarterly marketing campaign planner, from concept sign off through to execution. Help the Marketing Managers to strategize and communicate campaign roadmaps, planning, communication and launch activity.

Work with cross functional teams, such as social, PR and events, to establish cohesive and successful campaign execution.

Support with partnership opportunities, working with brand fit partners in the UK and Europe to support growth, sales goals and customer acquisition.

Support the Brand Marketing Manager with the influencer ambassador program and work across the micro influencer strategy.

Oversee VIP + influencer gifting, ensuring key product goes out to creators and talent who align with our target audience and brand values.

Act as a point of contact for the retail and store teams on 360-degree marketing initiatives that involve in-store elements, such as pop-ups, store openings and collection launches.

Oversee the quarterly competitions and giveaway strategy.

Attend brand events, support with creative branding ideas and start to build a network of VIP, influencer and partner contacts.

Actively stay informed on trends within fashion and lifestyle, and up to date on marketing and influencer tactics and best practices. Come with fresh ideas on ways to create brand buzz.
