Title: Brand Marketing Coordinator(3+ years exp.)

Location: Hanam, Gyeonggi, South Korea

[ Key Responsibilities ]

  • Strategic Brand Management

– Adapt and implement global brand strategies to fit local market dynamics and customer needs

– Define clear priorities to drive brand growth across targeted channels (e.g., hotels, chains, window bakeries…) and write the corresponding yearly brand plans based on market insights and sales priorities

– Ensure consistency of brand positioning and messaging with the global brands across all touchpoints

– Create campaigns specifically catered to the South Korean market aligned with the global brand identity

– Contribute to the web editorial plan (social media, website…) in collaboration with the Webmarketing Manager.

 

  • Customer Engagement Strategy & Programs

– Design and develop impactful customer engagement programs (e.g., seminars, training sessions, competitions, pop up stores, training abroad…)

– Create insight-driven content tailored to chefs in South Korea – in addition to what the brands provide.

– Develop product storytelling, usage concepts, and application ideas (recipes, formats, benefits) in collaboration with the chef team

– Support the sales team in preparing customer catered proposals and participate to the meetings (KA, hotels…)

– Track program performance and prepare post-activity reports with actionable recommendations

– Track ROI of marketing initiatives

 

  • Commercial Performance & Impact

– Portfolio management : recommend portfolio optmisation (stop and go) based on volume and profitability analysis in collaboration with the controlling department.

– Portfolio recommendation per brand (product) per targeted channels, with monthly analysis.

Monitor and analyze business performance per brand per product per channels (sell-in, sell-out, margin, product adoption rate)

– Support the development of pricing policy for new products by providing the right positioning based on competition monitoring and margin structure analysis. Recommend repositioning on existing portfolio when necessary.

– Marketing budget management

 

  • Market & Consumer Insights

– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, incl. price, and customer behaviors through available tools and market datas available.

– Collect and consolidate customer insights from internal and external stakeholders

– Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic actions

– Provide market insights and feedback to global teams or suppliers as well as to the sales team

 ** Reporting to : Brand Manager

[ Requirements ]

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent practical experience 
  • 3 years of experience in marketing, brand coordination, or trade marketing

 

[ Required Competencies ]

  • Fluent in both Korean and English (written and verbal communication)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (reporting, basic analysis)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Sales Team, Chef team, Event project management team)
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset with ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with strong cross-functional collaboration skills

 

[ Preferred Qualifications ]

  • Experience in FMCG, foodservice, or B2B environments is a strong plus
  • Exposure to event coordination, content creation, or sales support is advantageous
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools or social media platforms is a plus
