Overview
A leading global media organization is seeking a Brand Marketing Project Manager to support the execution of high-impact marketing initiatives across Performance Marketing, B2B, and broader Brand campaigns. This role functions as a flexible, cross-functional PM within the Brand Marketing team, deployed across multiple workstreams based on business priorities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable with ambiguity, and experienced in fast-paced, matrixed environments. You will partner closely with marketing, creative, production teams, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief, and at a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
- Manage end-to-end execution of marketing projects across Performance, B2B, and Brand initiatives
- Own timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across concurrent workstreams
- Translate briefs into structured project plans with clear scope, timing, and outputs
- Identify risks, gaps, and bottlenecks; proactively drive resolution and escalation when needed
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as central coordinator across marketing, creative, and production teams
- Lead project kickoffs, status updates, and working sessions
- Align stakeholders on priorities, deliverables, and timelines
- Coordinate internal teams and external production partners for seamless execution
Execution & Quality Control
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and campaign requirements
- Conduct final reviews of assets for accuracy and launch readiness
- Maintain accurate documentation (briefs, timelines, trackers)
- Support consistency in execution across multiple business lines
Operational Support
- Support intake processes and PM best practices
- Assist with resource planning and capacity visibility
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency
Requirements
- 3–5 years of project management experience in marketing, creative, or agency environments
- Experience across multiple marketing types (performance, brand, B2B, campaigns)
- Strong understanding of creative production and marketing workflows
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with PM tools (Asana preferred); familiarity with Figma/Adobe a plus
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, evolving environments
