- Co-work with the supplier to align and follow the brand objectives.
- Inventory management, to follow the KPI of the Supplier and from BOD, to avoid OOS and overstock.
- Leading & deploying brand objectives to the trade.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting for the brand’s performance.
- Make a good communication relationship with all of other related departments to ensure the smooth operation.
- Strictly compliant with the laws of Vietnam and company regulations.
- Other tasks instructed by the line manager and/or Instruction from Suppliers
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, 1 year in a leadership position.
- Teamwork and good communication.
- Strong understanding of FMCG or retail market dynamics
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to build business plans and forecasts.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
- Proficient in English, MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
