In this role, you’ll provide essential support to their Brand Partnerships Managers in developing and managing brand collaborations for their roster of digital influencers and creators. If you’re passionate about digital media, have strong organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, they want to hear from you.
What you will be working on? – Responsibilities
Assist Brand Partnerships Managers with administrative tasks, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and organizing documents and contracts.
Maintain accurate records of brand partnership opportunities, contracts, and campaign details, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Conduct research on brands, agencies, and potential partnership opportunities, gathering insights and identifying prospects that align with our talent roster.
Assist in outreach efforts to initiate and cultivate relationships with brand partners, following up on inquiries and coordinating initial communications.
Support the coordination and execution of brand partnership campaigns, including liaising with talent, brands, and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
Assist with campaign logistics, such as coordinating content deliverables, scheduling shoots, and managing timelines to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the digital media, influencer marketing, or talent agency industry.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
