We’re looking for a Brand & Partnerships Manager to drive brand awareness, build strategic collaborations, and grow our community through impactful marketing initiatives.
We are pre-hard-launch but well funded so this is a great time to get in and build something amazing from the-ground-up.
With plans to launch TheSmartBag.com in late 2025, featuring collections for both men and women at a more accessible, fast-fashion-inspired price point, we are committed to leveraging our proprietary technology to rapidly scale and establish ourselves as leaders in high-quality, anti-theft wearables.
What You’ll Do
Brand Marketing – Develop and execute marketing campaigns that elevate Rachel Bloom’s positioning and drive customer engagement.
Strategic Partnerships – Identify and build collaborations with like-minded brands, media, and industry partners to expand our reach.
Influencer & Creator Management – Source, onboard, and manage influencer relationships to fuel organic and paid marketing efforts.
PR & Communications – Lead media outreach, press placements, and brand storytelling to enhance brand credibility.
Community Growth & Engagement – Develop initiatives to cultivate an engaged, loyal audience across social and digital platforms.
Performance & Reporting – Analyze the effectiveness of brand and partnership initiatives, optimizing for impact and ROI.
Work closely with the Senior Director of Brand Marketing & Partnerships to align strategies and ensure seamless execution across all brand and partnership initiatives.
Who You Are
4-7 years of experience in brand marketing, influencer/creator partnerships, or strategic collaborations, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or DTC.
Proven track record of launching successful brand campaigns and partnerships that drive growth.
Deep understanding of influencer marketing, with experience managing paid and organic collaborations.
Strong relationship builder with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Data-driven mindset—comfortable tracking campaign performance and making informed decisions.
Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and excited to build in a fast-moving startup environment.
